Package came quickly. though in good condition there is a deep scratch on the back. Also no accessories such as any form of charger was sold.

Item was not as good condition, took photos that didn't show real scratches as pictured, fast shipping though.

There was absolutely 0 communication with the seller until I opened a case with paypal since the seller did not ship the device for over 5 days after receiving payment.

i`m not recommending this seller, i bought Sony Xperia Z5 Good "near mint" condition, it supposed to be Functions flawlessly, but the display has multiple white discoloration, and proximity sensor not working and battery is bad.
and he dose not respond to my messages.

The seller took 10 days to ship the phone, and equally long to respond to messages. I will probably not use swappa.com in the future due to my poor experience.

Do not buy from this seller,he had me waiting over two days for a shipping update,got impatient and gotten my money back. As a buyer you should not have to wait two days to get a shipping update...that dont make no sense. If you dont mind the wait thats you,but if truly want good shipping and good communication dont buy from this seller.

I ordered this device for a customer at my shop. Received the package Saturday late afternoon and didn't open the box until Monday, seeing as how our shop is closed on Sundays. After opening the box, we noticed that the back glass was coming up a little in the bottom right corner. This causing the device NOT to be liquid resistant, which is the reason my customer wanted the phone in the first place. So, messaged the seller to inform of the issue, he then stated "ok.. no problem.. ship the phone back...". This being said, I was unable to get the packaged shipped back until a week later. He now refuses to give the return address to honor his agreement of returning the defective device for a full refund, and states that he will not accept returns after days, knowing that the day that I asked for the return address was the 14th day. After all said and done, extremely untrustworthy and dishonest seller. Would not recommend using again.
