Received the Nexus 6p with only damage before packaging was a ding at the top right of the phone. When I had received it, I had an issue with it during one of my work schedules where it had died with 30-40% left. Finally found out that the phone came with a faulty battery and the seller assured me the phone wasn't like that before shipping out.

Phone appeared exactly as described, had apparently been well taken care of. However, I discovered later that the camera doesn't work. I tried it with multiple camera apps and it always fails to initialize the camera. The seller refuses to do anything about this, claiming "the device was sold with no issues". I certainly didn't do anything to it.
