Welsey communicates well, ships promptly, and to the best of his ability describes the item accurately. HOWEVER, when I opened my phone took it out of the box, and began to apply my screen protector, I noticed a very small chip in the very corner of the phones glass (about the size of a sugar grain). I posted a review prior to opening the phone to appease him. I'm certain Wesley didn't intentionally sell this product as mint when it isn't, he just didn't know it was there. When I brought it to his attention he said that's what scammers do and made other accusations towards me that I was just trying to get money back, and refused to issue a refund. I didn't even ask for a refund or make any request of him and he immediately took offense and refused a refund right away. All I wanted to do was make him aware of the issue so it didn't happen to future buyers. Wesley is a fine seller, but has no idea how to handle minor issues, and proved to be very unprofessional towards my situation.

I would highly recommend this seller. They are both quick and professional. The phone was shipped out very early the night after I purchased it, and they remained in contact the entire time. Needless to say the phone is in absolutely "mint" condition, not a scratch, scrape, or scuff to be found on the entire phone.

The phone is in excellent condition and is working as advertised. Seller was quick with shipping, reliable, and kept contact throughout the process.
