The device didn't end up working out, so I shipped it back. Getting Marshall to reply took a bit of persistence - it looks like another feedback-giver had a similar experience. After multiple delays and about 2 weeks, I do have a full refund.
At the beginning of the sale, Marshall was really helpful and responsive regarding shipping and payment questions. Aside from the delays, the transaction did complete properly, so I'll rate the experience 4 stars.

Everything that the descriptions say is a lie, this cell phone arrived in very bad conditions, it had a problem in the motherboard, it could never read a SIM. I decided to repair it for me since it had an A & T motherboard. Do not believe what the descriptions say that is MINT, this is FAIR.

A very quite and fuzzy speaker makes sounds close to inaudible. This was never mentioned in the description and I was never made aware of it by the seller.
