Phone was OK, but USB cord was broken. Seller complained about price he sold at (???he set the price????), denied there was a problem, resisted a credit for the cord and finally only gave a partial credit.

Run, don't walk from this seller.

Here are my pros - shipping was relatively efficient.
- once the phone was returned, he admitted to the flaw being missed and apologized.

Cons- didn't communicate on sales page until PayPal dispute filed.
- refused a return for refund or help repairing until Paypal claim filled.
- accused me of everything from lying about when I received the phone, to changing out the motherboard before return. (Why would i if it was a camera issue?)
- after accusations and insults, still wanted to do business.
- dragged out the process with PayPal once the phone was returned, and didn't communicate with them after.

If you're a sucker for a good abusive relationship, feel free to do business from this guy. If you have a shred of self respect, do NOT buy from this seller.

The phone is in "fair" condition.
1. The phone also has minor marks and dents on the top corners. Phone is not mint as posted.
2. When I went to set up the phone at my local AT&T store, the employees pointed out that the casing was loose, showing significant ware.
3. When we turned the phone on, there were small light blue dots of discoloration.
Keep running into product defects on a supposed "mint" phone.

Seller was kind and respectful. phone was received and was in excellent shape 10/10 would buy from again. seller has other phones for sale at the time of feedback i advise you look at them. if they are in the shape this nexus is then they will be excellent. (i wrote this from the phone itself)
