Seller's shipping was prompt and device appears to be as described.

Seller indicated the device was rooted and was not. My sole purpose for buying it over man other phones on here. Not happy, but not gonna decline the sale over it.

UPDATE: Was confusion with the listing. For some reason it says unlocked under rooting and ROM and that shouldn't be there because this phone being unlocked has nothing to do with ROMs or root. Seller shipped same day. Is reliable with good communication.

Everything was as described. Seller was extremely nice and cooperative. Would definitely recommend.
