If I were ever wanting to buy a used phone from swappa this is one Seller I would surely avoid.. Although phone was in good cond. seller was negligent in its description.. I was looking for LG G8 LMG820QM7 "FACTORY UNLOCKED" what I got was LG G8 LMG820QM8 an AMAZON branded phone which was not in description. SELLER was slow in meeting SWAPPA requirements in shipping within 2 days. After communicating with seller trying to come to an amicable resolve, after a few texts back and forth he just blew me off and decided to just ignore any further responses.

Phone was great. Great condition; no cosmetic or hardware issues. Packaging was passable, I suppose.
Seller mentioned Samsung charger in ad. Didn't send, and then replaced with Chinese knockoff Charger from Amazon. Not a huge issue, but wish it was authentic as mentioned.
