This seller had a good ad with good pictures and valuable information, so I didn't have to ask a lot of questions before purchasing. After the purchase, he shipped it before I could even blink, and it arrived as quick as any mail could. After it arrived, I had issues with porting my number from one plan to my new plan with my carrier, and this seller went out of his way without me even asking to make certain there were no issues on his end. There were none. It was all my carrier's problem. The seller was very polite and extremely helpful and patient. And, he even downloaded his original sales receipt for me to have. That was fantastic reassurance I won't have problems in the future. The phone was exactly as it was pictured and the price was right. Very good person with which to do business.
