Description stated otherwise but it does have some small chips on a few corners of the chassis and it appears that there are some minor scratches under the protective tempered glass though they don't show when the screen is on... That all being said it's used, in "Good" shape by that definition, the chips are concealed by a Supcase rugged case, and it runs fine with the last build of 7.1.1 for the Nexus 9. The recipient loves it so I'm happy.
