Two different phones I tried to buy and neither worked out. Front facing camera didn't work on one which was listed as MINT condition. Sent back to see if it could be fixed and was told it would have to be professionally fixed. I could wait for it to come back or get a refund. Decided to try another phone they had instead of waiting. That phone came and was not unlocked. Tried to work out a solution on that issue, but was unable to fix the issue. In the meantime we were out of a phone for over a month in this process. I have to say customer service was efficient, questions were answered rapidly and solution attempts tried but in the end nothing worked out. Product was not as described. It was not the experience that I was looking for.
