I purchased the phone through Swappa. After a year, I tried to resell on Swappa and they tell me that it can't be sold since it's on a NEXT plan.

I don't put full blame on the seller, Swappa should have a verification/safeguard against this. The negative rating is because the seller still claims that it's not on a NEXT plan and has not been helpful with resolving this issue with AT&T.
