Phone was Mint as listed. Have to been to Verizon twice for "No SIM Card" error. Verizon installed "new" nano SIM card and still same error. This was a common HTC M8 problem. Ordered replacement SMAYS SIM card tray to correct error. Same Problem "NO SIM CARD" present. Not a good value to now have to send phone off for repair. 8/14/15 Put an AT&T sim card in verizon phome and it recognized it as wrong card and asked for unlock code. Put verizon sim card back in and sim card initialized and phone is now working. I am happy with purchase, it just took a while

Device is better than described. It shipped to the wrong address even though we are we were paypal address confirmed and verified. Probably error on FedEx side when they created the shippingn label. I still received the product and give them a 9/10 rating.
