The iPad and accessories arrived in perfect condition, however, the seller was completely uncommunicative for over 3 days after I sent payment.

A Swappa/PayPal connectivity issue caused my payment to not go through, and the seller asked to re-list 15 minutes later because I "was not responding". I completed payment a few minutes afterwards.

I didn't hear from the seller at all after he confirmed that he received payment, and he didn't respond to my request for updates 36 and then 48 hours after I sent payment.

Not having heard for three days, I opened a dispute with PayPal and sent him an email with a read receipt, which he read but did not respond to. I had to forward him the read receipt and threaten to file a police report before getting a response from him saying he caught the flu a day the day prior and was sick in bed. While I sympathize with his illness, that does not excuse the complete lack of communication over the previous 3 days.
