***UPDATE: The phone bricked me out completely after 1-2 wks of using it. I had it in a case, screen protector, never near water, etc. but it fatally crashed while I was scrolling through news. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The phone worked fine when it arrived, but you expect it to last a little longer than 2 wks. The seller offered helpful links about sideloading OS boot images that I tried but was ultimately out of my league to fix. I then proposed I send him back the phone and he refund me half the purchase price (I wasn't even asking for a full refund). If it wasn't a lemon and he could fix it, then he could re-sell the phone and recoup the loss. Otherwise, I wanted a phone that worked. At that point he got snarky and sarcastic and Swappa got involved.
Bottom line: Go with a seller who offers a no hassle 30 day money back guarantee.
