The phone I received only had a battery of 93% where it was represented as being "perfect". I suggested that Chris reimburse $75 for the misrepresentation. He responded that he would rather the negative review..so here it is.

Will you reset and wipe it before you ship it? I feel like you need a password to do that and don't want any glitches on my end.
