A few reasons why I rated a 4:
-the USB cable is being held together by electrical tape. this was not disclosed in the listing
-your listing mentions that the box comes with it... I received no box
-the camera lens was covered in hundreds of micro-scratches making pictures very hazy (I followed tips online on how to remove these scratches) but this should have been mentioned in the listing... the listed stated the phone was in "great" shape
-the blemish as you describe is definitely a ding/dent in the aluminum (which I thought was the case based on pictures) from a phone drop

4 and a Half Stars, maybe 5. I cant decide. The product arrived but not on schedule due to weather I was told, this is not the sellers fault. The product is in good condition, there was not one scratch on the screen I could fine. There were however minor Scuffs on three out of for on corners of the tablet. This was not mentioned on the listing. However, I suppose I could simply have those taken care of with the included 3 year warranty starting from 12/2012, also not mentioned in the Listing (I like surprises). No issues anywhere else, Speakers, Wifi, etc. all work so I'm satisfied. After selling my tablet to buy this one, I only paid 133.00 for it, so I guess you get what you pay for. But, I'm satisfied.
