I received the Pixel XL in great condition, everything as described with glass protection, all the cases and an extra wire. I was able to contact this seller for more info that I needed to get my Pixel activated. This seller also was very accommodating in sending the phone via USPS upon my request. I was going to rate this 4 stars because I live in the Twin Cities and ended up making two trips to the Mobile Store during heavy traffic in between jobs. It was a big inconvenience, but I was very happy that the Pixel works very well after going through the whole checklist. To other Pixel owners, please be sure to sign in to your gmail to bypass the lock so the new owner of your Pixel can activate by signing in with a new sim card and their personal gmail and password on the Pixel phone as the new owner when they get it. This will make the transition go smoothly at the mobile store. Thanks for the great Pixel XL!
