iPad was still associated with previous owner’s account. When I brought this to the Seller’s attention, he was extremely combative and rude immediately. He ultimately chose not to remove it.
I was forced to pay to ship the item back despite Swappa’s policy stating that in the case that the item is faulty/falsely advertised, then the seller pays the costs associated with the return. Because of Swappa’s refusal to enforce this policy, I was forced to open a case with PayPal instead which took some time. Ultimately received the refund but, this was an extremely disappointing experience with the seller but especially with Swappa.

iPhone as described, excellent condition. Seller communication was great. Highly recommended. Thank you!
