I received the phone in a timely manner, seller was professional and prompt, and the phone delivered was in the exact condition described.

phone came weeks after order. i had to track it myself and open an investigation with US postal service. old label on box used to shipped apparently was scanning versus my shipping address. very frustrating. when phone arrived the flimsy box was crushed and phone was not even wrapped. it was just sitting in flimsy box. i was shocked it actually worked after traveling all over country in the mail.
