The screen was actually covered in light scratches as opposed to "a few" and are visible with the screen on. I would not describe the phone as "near mint". The screen has OLED burn which is common, but should have been mentioned.

The Iphone itself arrived in time and in the condition promised. Due to some (sneaky) Hardware issues that were missed by the pre-testing of the product; it wasn't usable to its full extent. However, after contacting the seller he was more than helpful in resolving the issue adequately to my satisfaction.
