Do I have to go to the store to have my current SIM card and SD card put into this phone?

I did not read the listing well enough to notice that a charger was not included, my bad. The phone works.
My rating is 3 stars, an average rating because the seller sold a phone and I received a phone that works. The seller did not attempt to offer service that would merit an above average rating.

The phone is awesome, great condition and it arrived on time. Thanks!
