1. He sold me a phone that was not as advertised

2. After returning phone, did not issue me refund and completely stopped communicating. It’s been nearly a month and still dealing with this garbage - now have to deal
with PayPal disputes.

Seller received money for phone, and also had the phone returned ... and didn’t refund my money
