Roberto was very helpful and communicative. He was efficient in shipping the device and packed it carefully. He offered the phone at a fair price and I am glad to have done business with him.

Everything is generally okay. The phone occasionally power cycles on its own. While not as frequent as my previous phone, the problem may be endemic to the phone itself. Anyway, the phone is okay. It was only supposed to be temporary anyway.
