Pros: the phone works, seller responded quickly to my comments and seems nice

Cons: the phone was not secured within the shipping box (the one big air bubble had burst), I peeled the screen saver back where it has chips to check the screen and the screen saver cracked in tiny pieces (my screensavers always stay in one piece even when they crack/crease), one corner of the screen lifted up a little, the leather thing (I can no longer read the description to know how it was described--I thought it was a protective case) was in the box but not on the phone--it is decorative panels rather than any protection and I don't like it was mentioned because is not a value-add. I have bought a case and screensaver.

I know I saved money by buying used, but I wonder what the cost would have been without the leather thing and the Whitestone screen saver, hence my neutral rating.
