Excellent purchase with quality customer service

At first seller claimed that he didn't have an account with T-Mobile & that the device had been fully paid for. It turned out that both statements are false. Went through hoops to get device's status to change from "Outstanding Balance" to "Clear" because there was a balance on it. Swappa didn't offer much help. Seller responded after I filed for a dispute with Paypal. Overall experience with Swappa & seller is poor at best. The only good thing is that the device is new as described.
