I'm a new Swappa user and am very satisfied with the initial experience. Already in love with my phone and it arrived in better shape than I thought it would. It had a minor ding on the corner and a barely visible scratch on the screen, but both have been covered up with a heavy-duty case and matte anti-fingerprint screen shield; it looks and functions like new.
