Good communication with seller

Received the phone very quickly, however, touchscreen barely works. I have to smack it on the back for it to work, and I'm going to have to have it looked at and fixed so when I can have a complete functioning screen.

Update: spent $200 on repairs after being told it had “touchscreen disease” thanks!

My son is very happy with this like new phone.

Upon arrival of the phone, I had to take it in to get the microphone repaired(my callers were unable to ever hear me unless it was on speaker phone). No big deal but worth noting.

First phone shipped was carrier locked. Seller did get it unlocked promptly but then discovered the phone was defective, battery would not hold any charge and constantly rebooted. Should have been tested to at least see if it booted and charged, no? Seller agreed to replace phone which took over a week to ship and arrive, though to be fair the replacement did seem to be lost in shipping by usps based on tracking info and had to be resent.
Seller did seem to try to do the right thing. Just didn't go as smooth as other phones I have purchased on swappa. Ymmv.

After having this phone on my account for 4 months, Verizon notified me that the phone was being deactivated because the former owner still owed money on the device. The seller said too bad, not his problem.

Edit: The seller eventually issued a Paypal refund Adjusting feedback accordingly.

Luckily, PayPal refunded our money after this seller claims to have not received our return, even though the delivery was confirmed. Buyer beware.
