phone didnt work out. Ehab made things right!

Battery failed within 2 months. Had to have Apple replace it for $29.
My bad for not asking to see battery percentage, even on "mint" condition item.
Otherwise phone works fine. Seller was responsive and offered to exchange battery for free but shipping would have made it more expensive and taken longer than paying Apple to do it.

The phone is awesome. It came exactely like in the pictures. I love it????. Thank you for the presen.

I received the phone as described, it was in mint condition and working flawlessly. There was a minor issue where the screen colors were slightly different but the seller worked with me on this to get it resolved. This was my first time buying online and I was cautious and the seller was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me through the process. I would recommend buying from this seller as he honors his warranty and is honest about the devices.

Only four stars because when I ordered it was describe in perfect condition and it came with a scratch in a corner, even though I was offer to fix it for a new housing. Not time to wait for. So other than that works very good. And with a case you can't see.

Ehab was absolutely amazing and the phone came in perfect condition. There was a problem with the shipping (NOT Ehabs fault) and when I brought it to his attention, he immediately worked with the Post Office to rectify the problem. He even paid more $ to ensure I received the phone. I would definitely buy another phone from Ehab!

The product that I purchased was listed incorrectly and also took quite a long time to arrive. However, the seller was willing to accept a return and provide a refund, which went relatively smoothly, if not quickly.

Got the phone within the timeframe mentioned so no issues there. We took it to the apple store to get it checked out and it had Bluetooth hardware defects and screen lag issues , fortunately it was still under warranty so was replaced by Apple or I would have returned it.
