Awesome seller!!! Very fast shipping and communication, I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Regrettably, I had a profoundly negative experience with this seller. FedEx lost the package , and the seller was in the process of obtaining a refund from FedEx. The seller made every effort to prolong and complicate the refund process. Acording to Swappa staff, the seller should refund me as soon as FedEx deems the package lost. However, the seller refused to refund despite Fedex deeming loss. Ultimately was advised by Swappa AND the seller HIMSELF to initiate a PayPal dispute for refund. Eventually, the seller received payment from FedEx but refused to provide a timely refund despite having a check in hand (and he provided PayPal with insufficient information, leading them to assume the package was still en route hence prolonging the dispute process aswell). I had to escalate the matter with PayPal dispute and, after multiple calls and providing them with evidence from my side, PayPal finally reversed the transaction and settled the PayPal dispute in my favor.

The phone was delivered within two days, seller had packed the phone very well. Phone was in very good shape except for some micro scratches on the screen. I do not believe the seller saw them as I had to use a flashlight to see them. I was going to leave a four star rating. But because the seller was very professional and worked with me, I will rate this a five star transaction.
