Purchased a phone, was refunded 2 hours later with no update from the seller. Had to find out 24 hours later that the phone was no longer available even though the phone was purchased at 10am and the seller commented on the phone listing at 11am as if the phone was still available.

Seller was awesome. I was initially skeptical of Swappa, this being my first buy, but it all turned out great. Phone arrived with an iCloud lock for his protection, was disabled within an hour of me sending a message to confirm it had indeed arrived. Device is in the shape that was described, authenticated just fine, had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend buying from this storefront. Great experience!

Phone wasn't exactly as described, the seller was quick with a refund, and communicated quickly and effectively.

Pros : Shipped fairly quick and item description/pictures were accurate.

Con : This is a big one. You are a re-seller. You mailed me a high end, expensive electronic device in padded envelope. And put basically a tissue inside for padding? Phones needed to be shipped in a box and heavily padded. You didn't even insure the package. Reckless behavior and I hope this is not a habitual practice of yours. Not acceptable and you know this

As this phone was purchased to be gifted, it definitely shouldn't have been listed as "mint" condition, as there are multiple signs of previous use on the body, and maybe a drop or two, however as its in "good" condition, I'll complain no further.
