After receiving the phone, closer visual inspection found a significant amount of dings, scratches and scuffs that were carefully obscured with the angles and lighting of the photos on the original posting. The description provided indicated, "The phone is pretty much in mint condition except for a few cosmetic blemishes.”. The condition of the phone was listed as "Good", which indicated the phone had “Few cosmetic defects such as light scratches.” After requesting a refund for this and waiting over 48 hours, no response was received. I dropped the issue as it wasn't worth pursuing any further as the sale was done and I have the phone.
On a positive note, shipping was completed quickly.
