Seller was very rude or intentionally deceptive.
Lack of communication after the sale.
An issue with the device surfaced and the seller would not address it
ALL OF THE ABOVE...
The seller sent an iPhone that was locked. Fault on Seller AND on Swappa.
I unlocked it but it was impossible to activate even with help from Apple tech. It has issues that make it impossible to activate. Seller didn't want to accept that even with a video and the Apple tech saying that on it.
I spent A MONTH trying to solve the issue and get my money back. I had to escalate a claim to PayPal. After they decided he had to return the money in full he didn't want to refund the return shipping as Swappa states in its policies. Last week I got a refund for the shipping.
I spent many hours with this guy.
Avoid to buy from him if you want to have a good buying experience.
I should put ONE star, but I'll follow Swappa's guidelines on feedback.
