The seller did not mention accurate details about the product. He mentioned warranty of the product as valid till Oct 2018 but in reality the warranty had expired one year ago than now. The phone had a minor defect and I purchased the phone hoping that I will use the warranty to get the defect repaired. I was disappointed to realize that I would not be able to achieve that. Other than that the phone was working properly and all the accessories were received as promised. The seller was also very slow in replying to queries once the sale was completed. He started communicating only after I involved Swappa and raised a dispute in PayPal to return the product. Nevertheless, I decided to keep the phone as-is since overall I got it for a good price and the phone is working properly.
