The seller was very helpful through the whole setup process. No fault of the seller but Samsung has become very secure with their newer phones by ensuring the same Samsung Account that factory reset the phone is the same that logs in when starting it up. Took some figuring out (once again, no fault of the seller) but was able to delete the old Samsung Account and add mine. Thank you, the phone works great. RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!
