Received item. Almost immediately noticed my voice would cut out during calls. Contacted seller within a week about the problem, he suggested I change phone settings and restart phone the seller didn't offer a refund and I didn't know that was an option. I did what he asked hoping to fix it, months later frustrated I informed him I would have to leave negative feedback since item never worked right he told me he would have given me a refund if I had asked but that it's too late now. Problem has persisted despite doing what seller asked. This is my first time on Swappa it's been a disappointing experience.
