Jc sent the phone as described and was kind enough to send some extra items. I got the phone on the expected shipping date. Jc responded quickly to my questions and was kind enough to offer a refund after I was having trouble connecting the phone with my network. In the end, after much hassle activating the device (due to phone company), I ended up keeping the phone. First time buying on Swappa, and would say it was a good experience.
