Excellent communication

Seller had reasonable communication but then wasn't able to ship for personal reasons. This was unfortunate but I understand that things happen. My real issue is that when the seller canceled the sale, he did not refund the amount paid for the phone (even though he said he did). From that point on, no communication from the seller. I ended up having to open a claim with PayPal to get the money back. I'm not sure if some serious personal business prevented him from communicating or what happened, but I would be wary of dealing with this seller again.
