the condition as described, but missing cord and charger

Mostly happy with the device. When it was received, one of the rubber foot pads was missing (not address in description). Otherwise, the device is in great shape and functions well.

FYI, I would advise to any future sellers to ship from some other source than USPS. This is the 2nd device I've purchased this month, and both have been delayed during delivery. UPS/FedEx/etc would be much more reliable and prompt. Not blaming the seller whatsoever in this instance, just a future word to the wise for others.
