The seller sent me the wrong phone. I purchased an unlocked iphone and received a locked iphone. While the seller was nice enough, and responded decently fast to messages to get things resolved, I feel like the whole point of swappa is to buy phones easily. I bought this phone July 15 and it took until August (after many messages) to get the issue fully resolved and to receive a refund. Super annoying. In the future I'll only buy from sellers that have a lot of reviews.
