Shipping Delays:

• We ship orders promptly, but please understand that carrier delays are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.

One-Year Limited Warranty – We Stand Behind Our Devices:

• If you experience any functionality issues, you’re covered by our one-year limited replacement/repair warranty.
• To file a claim: Contact us via the sale page within 365 days of your delivery date.
• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.

Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Message us on the sale page to receive the return address.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
