The seller sold a phone that was still rooted yet didn't mention this as required by swappa. This omission was deceptive.
The seller did mention that the charging port had a chip and yet still charged completely normal. However, fully charging the phone from 0% to 100% took 7 hours which isn't normal. Charging was slow because of the damage so description wasn't accurate. Pretty much accurate info wasn't given so the seller could sell phone. I spent extra money to repair phone. Not happy with my purchase and won't buy again from this seller.

The phone arrived April 7, 2016...I checked USPS they must of forgot to scan it at my door when it arrived. Sorry for my delay, I don't check my gmail very often. The phone has a Sprint sim card in it now and it got activated (in minutes) a week ago on RingPlus.net ahead of the April 17, 2016 loophole closing. The phone is awesome...love moto anything esp. the X.
