Seller never sent product and after waiting for a while the seller said was going to ship but after multiple requests for tracking number and involving swaps staff, the seller cancelled the sale. In the end it worked out for me and ordered a different more powerful device but it left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m not sure if the seller found an issue with the device, or sold it to someone else some other way, or what happened. It was never explained.

The switch I bought just came in but it does not look like the switch that is advertised, the pictures make the switch look clean and unscratched but the switch that arrived is covered in dirt, some sticky residue, and there is a deep scratch on the back, and the switch wasn’t properly packaged

All was as described except for several small cracks around the edge of the glass screen protector. These might have happened during shipping. The phone was in its original case, in a much larger padded envelope. If the cracks happened during shipping, more careful packaging might have prevented the problem. It's not a big enough problem for me to return the phone, which works fine.

CAUTION! The seller sold me Apple Watch and it was unable to be activated, in violation of Swappa's policies. There is a loophole in Swappa's IMEI checking system that allows demonstration Apple Watches to be sold. The seller promised a full refund, I am currently working to resolve directly through PayPal which will take weeks. Buyers, consider buying from another seller. This is unacceptable behavior for a community that I trust and appreciate, and leaves a stain on an otherwise excellent service, and one that I had recommended heartily to my friends.

There was some issue in shipping the item on time. Seller offered and processed the refund.

To keep it short - I purchased the device on Nov 30 and didn’t receive it until Dec 19 and manually poked for information the entire time. I never received a shipping number until 2 days prior to receiving it.

The device worked and was as described. I was offered a gesture of a $20 discount after 2 weeks.

Item received as described. Communication with the seller is a bit slow. Overall fairly positive experience.

Right after purchase, the seller started asking weird questions on my identity, I decided to check his profile only to find out someone else had returned a computer a few days back with screen issues. I thought it was too suspicious so I asked him to send detailed pictures of the Macbook Pro screen. He never sent them so the purchase was canceled. Be careful with this seller.

There were some issues regarding Activation Lock, but the seller was very quick to resolve the issue. Watch came in excellent condition, but the cable was a little roughed up. Missing some non-essential packaging, like instruction booklets, legal paperwork, and paper wrapping for the box, but the price, item condition, and responsiveness of the seller make up for these other shortcomings. I award a positive rating.
