Sale was completed as agreed upon ,the phone was in great shape and functions / performs as stated in the listing.

The Swappa.com site is easily navagated, and the experience was simple; minus a few hiccups from Paypal concerning processing payment correctly.

Seller was quick and thorough to answer questions concerning the phone, and all additions in the sale (E.G- price, software, case, tempered glass screen cover) before and after the sale.

The only complaint I have is that the phone was arrived 2 days later than USPS 2 day Priority Mail promised. I do believe that the seller should be entitled to reclaim the shipping fee from USPS in the form of a refund as the item clearly didn't arrive in 2 days, or with any priority (if they have questions have them check the tracking, the phone basically went missing for 2 days).

This has definitely been an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to purchase again.
