I have finished setting up this Surface 3. It is working like a charm. Looks, feels, and works like new.

Seller shipped super fast, product arrived within 2 days. Only complaint is the phone was poorly packaged/shipped (phone and accessories were all around in the box, so light scratches were found on the red finish). Aside from this, seller was very understanding and threw in additional screen protectors via amazon.

*Update*
The user was kind enough to reimburse me for some the damage on the phone. He was extremely attentive and we came to a conclusion that suited both of us. I would most definitely buy from Russell again, one hell of a seller and a good person in general for not leaving the deal as it was.
