Item was listed as mint condition, but the back of the device had a crack. Seller said to ship it back and he would refund shipping, but he did not.

Great seller. Phone was packaged and shipped in a timely fashion. Phone arrived as expected in condition as described or better then described. everything is functional. I am very pleased with this whole experience. Great transaction!!

Sale went great. Phone was just as described seller was great with questions and shipped the very next day. Would gladly buy from seller again. Unable to test connectivity on phone until the 18th as i still have service with a different provider. This is my first purchase on swappa and i assume esn and all are checked by swappa staff prior to sale.

Customer service could use a lot of work.
