Received the phone in the physical description as described however it was still under a lease to a third person and not able to be activated necessitating a return. Wish I could leave positive feedback since it seems Brady did try to resolve it quickly but was an unfortunately disappointing experience since I had to spend more money to buy the same phone in person after waiting for the arrival.

Positive experience overall! The condition of the phone is exactly as advertised, and I appreciated that Brady kept me up to date on the shipping status.

Phone was in perfect condition - I didn't see any visible scratches on the front or back. Also came with original box, earphones, charging cable, and adapter. In addition, received the mentioned 4 phone cases and new glass screen protector. The phone and other contents were very well packaged. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you!!

Phone arrived in good condition but had been altered with a custom recovery/firmware. Seller indicated the device had NOT been modified. Bubble envelope packaging was minimal at best.
