Everything was as described in the listing however the screen issue was bigger than the seller showed in the pictures. He intentionally uploaded a picture where the screen mark was not clear. That is why I cannot give him five stars. Overall recommended seller.

Seller listed the phone as perfect screen condition but it arrived with dinks on the screen. Seller then called me a scammer and wouldn't honor a refund. Through out the whole process the seller's communication was childish and unprofessional. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute and fortunately they ruled in my favor and I got my money back.

Device's screen is mint as described. However, it was listed as NOT rooted but was already rooted when it arrived (checked with Root checker and ran Titanium backup). Also, it was shipped with the unit turned on. All the accessories were included and the phone was in good condition as stated and seems to function correctly, which was the main thing.

Communication skills good, Listening skills? Not so much. Really good at insulting you though. Anyway, got my money back at least.

Even though you stated there was no SIM card, I was led to believe that a SIM card was not required for Verizon - that it was ready to go. Turns out a SIM card is necessary for 4G phones. The Verizon guy was nice enough to give me one for free.
