The item was just as described. A few minor scratches to be expected from a used computer. The software/programs/operating system are in good working order. Seller took good care in packaging and was quick to ship after purchase. Also, seller had good communication whenever I sent a message. This is a good seller and I would recommend him. A+

All items arrived as described, in functional condition. My only negative mark would be that everything was kind of loosely packed into a box with very little packaging, so some components endured minor scuffs and scrapes throughout shipping. That aside, it was a great price with all of the included accessories & I'm very thankful!
