Initial trouble with activation lock but seller took care of it! Condition was even better than expected. Couldn’t find a scratch on it. Good battery life too!

The seller upgraded me to overnight shipping free of charge, which was a nice gesture. The phone arrived the next day, but unfortunately after a detailed inspection I noticed several scratches on the screen. They could only be noticed under a bright light, so it's my belief that it was an honest mistake on the seller's part. When I contacted the seller he was quick to respond and apologetic. He sent me a prepaid label and I was able to return the phone for a full refund. Despite having to return the phone I was happy with the customer service, which is why I'm still leaving a positive review. I'd consider buying from this seller again in the future.
