The phone arrived exactly as described, which is the most important thing. But the seller wouldn't allow 'guest checkout' through PayPal without a PayPal account, so I had to spend three days on the phone with PayPal support. Also had to follow up repeatedly and escalate to Swappa support before getting an answer re: the original receipt, after I paid. Great product outcome, frustrating process.
